Shipping costs?

A fixed freight cost is added to each order, independent of the number of products in the shipment. It is therefore more cost efficient to order multiple products simultaneously.
The fee will be automatically added to your order on the confirmation page, and you can either accept your order or cancel it.

Delivery times?

Depending on the payment method used it normally takes 1-4 working days to process and ship your order. Once your order has entered the Finnish postal system, here is a
rough guide to how long it should take.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

These are sent via Finland Post as Priority Letter or Priority Maxi Letter depending on the size of the order. Priority letters are always delivered using fast connections, usually
by Priority Air Mail.

Please note that efficiency differs from postal service to postal service. Sometimes delivery can be very quick, sometimes less so. International Customs can also hold up a
package, sometimes for no apparent reason, and in these cases there’s unfortunately not a lot we can do to speed things up.

Rough estimates for international delivery times:

Finland: Delivery within 2 – 7 days from day of payment.
EU countries: Delivery within 4 – 14 days from day of payment.
Other countries: Delivery within 7 – 30 days from day of
payment.

DELIVERIES TO FINLAND

These are sent by Finland Post as 1st Class Letter or 1st Class Maxi Letter depending on the size of the order. Delivery will usually take 1-3 working days.
